The Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club professional staff has

Southwest are measured.
Our instructional programs are presented with a personal

Leagues and other fun activities are offered to include all
our members in the Racquet Club tennis community.

Private Lessons
Looking to improve your tennis game? The Tucson Racquet &
Fitness Club offers private lessons for those wanting
individual attention specific to their goals and
aspirations. Private clinics are also available. Bring in
your friends or your team and get a workout custom designed
to your needs.
Clinics
We offer adult clinics at all levels. Beginner's are given a
quick start introduction to the basic skills. More advanced
players develop and polish existing skills. Clinics are
scheduled conveniently throughout the year with evening and
weekend sessions. Clinics meet once a week and have
outstanding four to one instructor ratios.

Summer Camp
If you are looking for a jump start to your tennis game you
might consider one of our camps. Summer camps are held in
the cool evenings. Sessions meet twice weekly throughout the

Interclub Team Tennis Leagues
If you are interested in playing on a team or are
captaining a team and are looking for players please give us
a call and we can help! Team Tennis leagues are fun and very
competitive and will definitely get you playing more to
improve your game!

doubles 2.5-4.0 levels. 8 weeks/$30 or $5/week.
Cardio Tennis
–Thursday 8:00 a.m. / Saturday 8:00 a.m / Saturday 10:00
a.m. with Serena
A one-hour cardio workout
that will definitely get your heart pumping and your
feet moving. An awesome workout if you’ve never
played tennis
before or if you are an experienced
player. It’s not about the tennis, it’s about the
cardio! $10 per hour.
Specialty Shot Clinic – Monday 6:30 p.m. / Wednesday
8:00 a.m. / Saturday 9:00 a.m.
A one-hour tennis clinic that emphasizes a
particular shot or strategy that is guaranteed to
improve your game. Coach Gretchen
will teach you how to hit a ballistic backhand, a
ferocious forehand and everything you wanted to know
about the net but were
afraid to ask. $10 per hour.
Men’s League – Wednesday 6:30
p.m.
Meet every
Wednesday evening for some competitive singles and
doubles. Levels 3.5 to 4.5 are welcome. Awards banquet
and occasional
“Happy Hour” specials available to all
league players. $5.00 per week or 12 weeks for $40.

If
you are looking to meet new members and find new hitting
partners or teammates, we are creating a "TRC Tennis
Buddy List" that will be kept
at the front desk. This
list will be updated regularly and will be distributed
to new members to help welcome them to the club. The
list will be
separated by NTRP level and USTA age
bracket (Adult, Senior, Super Senior) and will be a
great tool in finding new team members or just
someone
to hit with. If you are interested in being on this

Lessons
Private lessons are available from all of our pros at a time
convenient to your schedule.
Clinics
The Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club offers Jr. Clinics to
meet the needs of players of all ages and abilities. Clinics
meet once a week. Outstanding instructor ratios guarantee
plenty of individual attention. All clinics also come with a
pro supervised practice session.

Our Jr. Development Program is designed for players aspiring
to play tournaments or High School tennis. Participants
receive weekly private lessons, clinic, and pro supervised
