1. All members must register their guest at the Front Desk and pay the current guest fee. Guests must sign the guest register. If the guest arrives prior to the member and arrangements have not been made, the guest must wait at the Front Desk.
   
   
2. Members must accompany their guest (with the exception of house guests with paid passes).
   
   
3. Members with unregistered guests using the facility will be charged double the guest fee.
   
   

4. Tennis / Racquetball / Handball  members may have one free guest per membership each
   month, day or evening. Each guest may receive a maximum of four guest passes per year. All members must register by the 20th of the month for the next months free guest pass. "THIS REPLACES THE PREVIOUS POLICY OF A FREE TENNIS / RACQUETBALL / HANDBALL GUEST EVERY MONDAY / SUNDAY".

5. Waiver of Claims: Members understand that Tucson Racquet Club will not be responsible or liable for any injury which may be sustained during the member's or guest's presence in the Club, including but not limited to heart weakness, muscle weakness, or any known or unknown condition, and/or member's and guest's own negligence.
